Shipping Policy

• Orders are delivered within 4 to 10 days from the order date.

• Once the order is placed, it is prepared the next day, and shipping starts on the second or third day.

•  Pre-order items take 20 days for delivery.

• If the order includes printed designs, shipping may take 5 to 12 days.

• No shipping on Fridays.

Delivery & Communication Details:

• The shipping company will contact the customer for two consecutive days. If there is no response, the order will be returned.

• Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email and a message from the shipping company with delivery details.
