SHIPPING, EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

 

1. Shipping Timeline

Orders are shipped within 7–10 working days from the date of purchase.

Please note that working days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.

Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, you will receive an SMS from the courier.

2. Full Package Policy

If your order contains more than one item, it must be handled as a full package only.

This means:

• Partial delivery is not allowed

• Partial return is not allowed

You may either:

• Receive the full package, then request an exchange according to the policy below

or

• Refuse the full package, then place a new order for the items you want

3. Opening the Package on Delivery

Opening the package with the courier is not allowed.

This policy is applied to prevent fraud and item switching during delivery.

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us after receiving the package.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unused

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In its original condition

• With all original tags and packaging

Exchanges are only possible if the requested item or size is available in stock.

If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may exchange it for any other available item.

Exchange fee: 130 EGP

5. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of a defective item.

If the item has no defect, returns are not allowed. In this case, exchange only is available according to the exchange policy above.

6. Order Changes & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, adding, removing, or editing items is not possible.

If needed, the order may be cancelled, and a new order can be placed at your own responsibility.

Partial handover is strictly not permitted.
